We will primarily be reading A Streetcar Named Desire this week.  We will read Scenes 7-9. 
If you have been absent, you need to catch up with the reading, and be sure to make up the graded follow-up to Scenes 5 & 6 that will be collected on Monday, Dec. 13.

Tuesday, Dec. 14--Ch's 19-22 of Huck Finn are due; first draft of poem is due (although your poem should be in its most finalized form, there is no need to use stationery for peer editing)--information regarding the poem can be found at the following link:

Wednesday, Dec. 15--Quiz on Huck Finn; final draft of essay is due; poetry writing assignment will be introduced
Friday, Dec. 17--Quiz on Vocab. Unit 4 & Pronouns; ch's 23-26 of Huck Finn are due

Monday, Dec. 13--Ch's 19-22 of Huck Finn are due; bring vocabulary books
Tuesday, Dec. 14--Final draft of poem is due; Quiz on Huck Finn (reread notes on local color, picaro, anti-hero, and Gilded Age)

Thursday, Dec. 16--Quiz on Vocab. 5 & Pronouns
