Week of March 7

Periods 1 & 2: English 12--ALL ASSIGNMENTS, QUIZZES, ETC. HAVE BEEN GRADED AND POSTED ON TEACHEREASE.  CURRENTLY, THERE IS NO GRADING PENDING FOR SENIORS.
Monday, March 7--Annotated bibliographies will be returned; sample intro paragraphs and Works Consulted pages for research paper will be distributed and reviewed; and we will complete a writing extension assignment based on "In the Field" from The Things They Carried
Tuesday, March 8--To the Media Center to compose intro paragraph for research paper (to be collected at the end of the period)
Wednesday, March 9--"Ghost Soldiers" chapter of The Things They Carried is due (graded follow-up)
Thursday, March 10--To the Media Center to compose Works Consulted for research paper (to be collected at the end of the period)
Friday, March 11--Professional Development Day for teachers: No school for students

Period 4A: 11 AP G/T
Monday, March 7--Introduce annotated bibliography for research paper and resume writing for World of Work graduation requirement; continue reading Death of a Salesman
Wednesday, March 9--Introduce AP Language and Composition Exam; finish reading Death of a Salesman
Monday, March 14--Two annotated bibs are due; second (final) reading-check for research paper literature
Wednesday, March 16--Draft of resume is due

Period 4B: Humanities III
Tuesday, March 8--Music w/ Mr. Overland
Thursday, March 10--Introduce resume writing for World of Work graduation requirement; read Death of a Salesman
Tuesday, March 15--Two annotated bibs are due; second (final) reading-check for research paper literature

Period 5: 11 Honors--Throughout the week we will be reading / finishing Death of a Salesman in class
